Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if there is a warrant for my arrest outstanding?

If you learn that there is a warrant that has been issued for your arrest, you should immediately contact an attorney. Any law enforcement agency may arrest you on that warrant at any time, and you will want to have an attorney investigate the warrant and underlying charges as soon as possible. Often times an experienced attorney can get a warrant recalled by the judge, or can have the warrant served upon the attorney and set up a time that you and the attorney will appear in court.
